To request deletion of your personal data from our database, the contract must be previously terminated. After contractual termination, data will be deleted from our database within 90 (ninety) days, as established by LGPD.
The deletion process will be formalized through the signing of a specific term on the ClickSign platform, ensuring legal compliance and adequate registration of the request.
