Payment Method
Our subscription works with prepaid cycle, meaning payment is made at the beginning of each cycle, which lasts 30 days.
How it works:
- Cycle start: After the end of the POC (30-day Proof of Concept), the subscription cycle starts with payment. For example, if the POC ends on day 9, payment and cycle start occur on day 10.
- Cycle duration: Each cycle lasts 30 calendar days, counted from the start date.
- Date adjustment (Pro-rata): If the start date is not convenient for you, we can make a pro-rata adjustment to a specific date (example: day 10 or another day of your preference). In this case, a proportional invoice will be generated to cover the period until the desired date, and from this date the regular 30-day cycle will begin.
- Automatic renewal: At the end of each 30-day cycle, a new invoice is automatically generated for the next cycle, maintaining the same due date.
Practical example: If the POC ends on January 9th and you want the cycle to start on January 15th, we will make a pro-rata calculation for days 10 to 14 (5 days), generating a proportional invoice. From day 15, the regular 30-day cycle will begin, and future invoices will be generated on the 15th of each month.
